The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “On amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine re elimination of restrictions in performing economic activity”

The law reduces administrative pressure on entrepreneurs by introducing restrictions on interference of government entities into the economic activity of entrepreneurs.

The law amends the Code of Administrative Court Procedure, Code on Civil Protection of Ukraine and the Law “On Basic Principles of State Supervision (Control) in the Economic Sphere”.

The respective bill was registered under No. 2698.
